April
The Howard County Hall of Legends will inaugurate a new class of inductees on Thursday evening, April 24, 2025. Stay tuned for more information!
June
HCHS will be partipating in the Carver Center's Juneteenth Summer Celebration this upcoming June held in Foster Park. The Seiberling Mansion will be open to the public at no charge.


July
HCHS will be offering free admission to military veterans on July 4, 2025. Our offices and archives will be closed, but the Howard County Museum & the Seiberling Mansion will be open for visitors during normal business hours 1 PM - 4 PM.
The Howard County Historical Society invites you to come enjoy Mr. Kingston's Auto Exhibition on the lawn of the Seiberling Mansion on July 25, 2025 from 4 PM - 8 PM & July 26, 2025 from 10 AM - 2 PM.
September
In late September, the Kokomo Native Initiative will present "Drums Along the Wildcat," a publicly accessible Native American gathering at Foster Park in Kokomo, Indiana. "Drums Along the Wildcat" will feature Native drums, dancers, vendors, and food. Plus, local nonprofit agencies and services will be on hand to answer questions and share information about available health and social services both for our Native residents and the community at large.

The Howard County Historical Society will be hosting its annual Sexton's Tales: Reliving History at Kokomo's Crown Point Cemetery. The HCHS Cemetery Walk event will take place at Crown Point Cemetery on October 4 & 5, 2025. Check back soon for more information about auditions.

Join us for our 2025 HCHS Annual Meeting of the membership! This year's meeting will be held on November 18, 2025. Check back for more information.

Join us in December for our annual Christmas at the Seiberling Event! Tickets are available online or at the door. It is $10 for adults, $5 for students K-12, and 5 and under are free.
